Herb has been working in the Real Estate industry since 1983, spending all of that time in the Rehoboth Beach, DE area.

He was born in Ridley Park, PA, and attended Media High School where he played basketball and baseball. After graduating in 1964, he attended West Chester University where he played baseball for two years. During his junior year, he decided to pursue his passion for golf and joined the West Chester University golf team, and was named team MVP during his senior year after only playing the sport for two years. He graduated with a degree in Education in 1968 with the intention of becoming a teacher.

Opportunity for work brought Herb to Laurel, DE, where he accepted a position as a middle school Social Studies teacher and coach of the middle school basketball team. He eventually became the Laurel High School varsity basketball head coach, where he took the Bulldogs to the state tournament.

Amy has been working in the Real Estate industry since 2004, spending all of that time with RE/MAX Realty Group in the Rehoboth Beach, DE area.

She was born in Milford, DE, and attended Cape Henlopen High school in Lewes, DE, where she graduated in 1994 with full honors. Following graduation, she attended Towson State University for one year, where she received a 4.0 GPA during her second semester. She transferred to the University of Delaware and entered the Communications program, and graduated at the top of her class in 1999.

Geoff has been working in the Real Estate Industry since 2008, spending all of that time in the Rehoboth Beach, DE area.

He was born in Milford, DE, grew up in Dewey Beach, DE, and attended Cape Henlopen High School in Lewes, DE, where he played lacrosse as a midfielder. During his time as a player, the Vikings won their first lacrosse State Championship in 1998, and were State Runners-up in 2000.

He graduated from Cape Henlopen in 2000 and accepted a scholarship to play Division II lacrosse for Limestone College, where he played midfield. In 2001, the Saints were National Runners-up. In 2002, they upset top-ranked New York Tech to win the 2002 NCAA National Championship, and were the Deep South Conference Champions in both of those years.
